How certification works
- Intro interview with our team, plus verification of claimed credentials (Tennis Canada, canfitpro, STOTT, RAD and others) with the issuing body.
- The training program above — self-paced, built by us.
- A written exam covering every module. Pass it and you earn the CoachingConnect Certified badge on your profile.
- Standards stay live: repeated cancellations or complaints trigger a re-review.
For lessons with children, our policy is simple: a parent or guardian confirms every under-18 booking and is present for lessons with young children. Coaches who hold their own police record or vulnerable-sector check can display it on their profile once we verify it.
