✓ Interview
Every applicant does a live intro call with our team. We check coaching philosophy, communication, and that they're someone we'd book for our own family.
✓ Credential verification
We verify claimed credentials with the issuing body — Tennis Canada, canfitpro, CSEP, STOTT, RAD and others.
✓ CoachingConnect Certification
Every coach completes our own training program — lesson design, consent-first corrections, and coaching kids, seniors and people with disabilities — and passes the exam before going live. See the full curriculum on the Certification page.
✓ Kids' lesson policy
A parent or guardian confirms every under-18 booking and is present for lessons with young children. Coaches who hold their own police record check can display it once we verify it.
✓ Insurance attestation
Coaches attest to carrying coaching liability insurance as a condition of joining.
✓ Verified-only reviews
Reviews can only be left after a lesson booked through CoachingConnect — no fake ratings, no imported stars.
✓ Ongoing standards
Coaches with repeated cancellations or complaints are re-reviewed and can be removed from the platform.
